Bio

A lifelong resident of Howard County, Tiffany has the knowledge, and insight you will want on your side. Whether you are looking for information on Community activities, school systems, and locations that may be best suited to you, as a buyer; or if you are selling a home in the area -you want an Agent with passion, and professionalism to advertise your home with an edge.

Tiffany has been a licensed Real Estate Agent for 15 years.

When asked why she chose Real Estate

"I chose to be a Realtor because I enjoy getting to know people. I love home style, interior design, and negotiating. I love to be able to take on the challenges head on and find equitable solutions for all parties.

Her favorite part of being a Realtor

That is tough! It's really all about the people for me, and the experience. When I started Apple Tree Realty I knew that I wanted a "Boutique Agency" that would be experience driven. By that I mean that myself, and all of my team of agents are very hands on. We don't clock out, we are very accessible to our clients, and we want them to ENJOY the process. We love to help people visualize potential modifications they may want to make to a property, or help them pick paint colors or flooring (yes, we do that), we've made friends with so many people along the way! THAT is the best part."

What does she consider her greatest professional achievement?

"My greatest professional achievement, is hands down the moment I get to hand the keys over to my clients when they get their new home, or hugging them at closing when they've sold the home they raised all their babies in but are ready to start a new chapter. There are no awards or accolades that could ever compare to that. None."
