Bio

I want to give you a little background on myself and why I chose real estate. In early 2008, my husband and I purchased a foreclosed home in the Peru area. The house was a 4 year labor of love. We worked on transforming our property from a house to a home. During that time and those four years, I honed my own personal design style through a lot of trial and error, and I developed a real love for homes as I looked at them for inspiration and design ideas. I had just graduated from college with a degree in Marketing, and I started entertaining the idea of getting my real estate license. Houses fascinated me. Because of that fascination, I regularly looked at home listings, and we happened to find another home we thought had great potential. Again, it was a foreclosure and needed months of work. Within a span of 6 months, we sold our Peru house and bought and rehabbed our Kokomo home. After both our children were in school full-time, I decided to pursue a career that would encompass my passion, talents, and degree- Real Estate was a natural fit. These experiences taught me a lot about what I needed from a real estate agent as both a buyer and seller, and I understand both perspectives.

I understand the feeling of pulling up to a house and thinking, “This is it. This is home.” I want to help others have that feeling too. I am committed to listening to the needs and wants of my clients, to locating a home that will fulfill these requirements, and to ensuring the best deal possible.
